1. Limited Availability Agreement

By accessing AegisPrime (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided under limited availability for authorized users and early access customers.

2. Service Description

AegisPrime is a guided security decision-support platform that helps teams review common security and policy reports, produce deterministic guided outcomes, save case follow-up state, and prepare operational handoffs.

3. Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

  • Verdicts and recommendations are advisory only
  • You are responsible for validating all findings
  • Do not rely solely on AegisPrime for security decisions
  • False positives and false negatives may occur
  • The Service may be modified or discontinued without notice

4. Data Handling

  • Raw Alert Handling: Raw alert data is processed for analysis and is not retained as long-term content
  • Guided Case Storage: Saved guided cases may retain case metadata, lifecycle state, notes, and result snapshots for follow-up
  • No Training: Your data is never used to train AI models
  • No Selling: We never sell or share your data with third parties
  • Analysis Results: May be retained for dashboard, case queue, and operational review features
  • Logging: Minimal operational logs and aggregate usage statistics

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit data containing personally identifiable information (PII)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the Service
  • Share your access key with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits (60 requests/hour)

6. Access Keys

  • Access keys are confidential credentials
  • You are responsible for securing your key
  • Report compromised keys immediately
  • We may revoke keys for ToS violations

7. Intellectual Property

  • AegisPrime detection logic, scoring algorithms, and analysis methods are proprietary
  • You may not copy, extract, or replicate our methodologies
  • Analysis results are yours to use for your security operations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from Service use
  • We are not liable for missed threats or false classifications
  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid (if any)
  • You indemnify us against claims from your Service use

9. Feedback

  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service
  • You grant us a license to use feedback without compensation
  • We are not obligated to implement any suggestions

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate at any time
  • We may suspend access for ToS violations
  • Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
